2 days responsible eco - tourism trip.
  Kayak and snorkel among the spectacular scenery of the limestone sea mountains on the eastern side of Phang Nga Bay. We promote responsible tourism by making a positive difference on the sites and communities we visit.  Avoiding crowded tourist destinations our guests stay in a local Thai fishing village where they have the opportunity to learn how local people live, about their art, culture, history and livelihoods.
Rock ‘N’ Row supports local services, shops in local markets and arranges for the attendance of community festivals when possible. Our cook will provide delicious native cuisine that you will not find in any restaurant. Try a local Thai massage and leave everyday stress behind you. As we travel we minimize the impact we make on the environment by recycling and reusing. Our guests not only derive pleasure, knowledge and understanding from their encounters, but will become aware of the importance to preserve these treasures of the Bay of Phang Nga for the enjoyment of those that will follow in the future.

ITINERARY:
 
DAY: 1
  07.30 - 08.30 Pick-up from your hotel.
  09.00 Depart from Bang Rong Pier by fast longtail Boat for the East Bay.
  10:00 Arrive Islands. Introductory kayak training. Explore the islands by kayak. Beach picnic lunch when you get hungry. Continue to explore the islands
  16.30 Arrive at Koh Yao Noi . Tuk-Tuk transfer to B&B check-in.
  19.00 Dinner
 
 
DAY: 2
  07.30 - 08.00 Thai lacal -style breakfast.
  08.00 - 11.00 Explore the local style living around Koh yao noi.
  11.30 Lunch
  12.30 Cruise to Koh Hong, Koh Pak Bie islands and explore them by kayak,snorkelling, Relax on white sandy beach and personal leisure.
  15.30 Depart for Bang Rong pier.
  16.30 Arive back at the pier and transport to the hotel / airport .
