Travel insurance We strongly recommend our guest to have their own travel insurance before they leave their home country. It should provide cover against theft, personal accident, personal liability, medical expenses, repatriation and cancellation of tickets. Rock N Row Thailand carries insurance to cope with minor medical emergencies only that may occur during the trip. This insurance is not intended to replace comprehensive travel insurance.
Trip Member Responsibility As a trip member, you have certain responsibilities to Rock N Row Thailand and other trip members. You are responsible for understanding the conditions indicated in the trip program and in selecting a trip that is suitable to your abilities. We will assist in selecting the appropriate expedition and send additional trip information when requested. The trip organizer reserves the right to ask any trip member to leave the trip if the trip member refuses to cooperate with trip procedures or instructions or safety issues. If any guest exhibits behavior which is detrimental to the trip or its members, then the guest may be asked to leave the trip. Such decision is solely at the discretion of the trip leader. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason whatsoever, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, after the trip has begun.
Guaranteed Departures We reserve the right to modify the itinerary when it is necessary for safety reason and/or the overall comfort of the trip members, or due to unforeseen events (weather, road conditions, member’s ability etc.) in the area of travel. Rock N Row Thailand reserves the right to delay or reschedule a trip in cases of unsafe weather conditions beyond our control. In the event of short weather-related delays (up to two days) the trip leader will try to use that time in the most productive way for the benefit to our guests and the trip. If a trip is rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances and a guest is unable to participate in the rescheduled trip, the guest is entitled to a full refund of payments already made. Rock N Row Thailand reserves the right to reschedule a trip to a different location if circumstances needed such a change.
Unforeseen Delays Unforeseen delays due to concerns of bad weather, bad road conditions, flooded rivers, illnesses, government interference, wars, acts of insurrection or agent issues are not the responsibility of Rock N Row Thailand . Rock N Row Thailand will, if possible, make reasonable modifications in the trip procedures and itinerary to avoid cancellation of the trip.
Cancellations For unavoidable cancellations, customers have two different options:
1. The deposit will be held by Rock N Row Thailand Co. Ltd. and may be used against another trip booking within one year of cancellations – effective from date of notification of cancellation by email or fax.
2.The deposit will be refunded to the guest and 30% of deposit will be deducted as administrative fees.
If a trip is cancelled by the customer due to unforeseen events that are beyond the customer’s control, credit towards another trip will be applied as above.
There is no refund for any unused part of the itinerary, unless stated otherwise.

Medical Considerations Please let us know beforehand if you have any existing medical problems. Consult your physician in advance about possible immunizations requirements. Rock N Row Thailand is not responsible for existing medical problems, medication, or emergency evacuation costs. Rock N Row Thailand cannot give guidance on medical concerns.
Rock N Row Thailand attempts to satisfy varying dietary requirements, subject to the type and range of food items available at any given location. We often have vegetarians on trips and we cater to them. Food can be prepared without spice as needed. Special dietary needs must be brought to the attention of Rock N Row Thailand prior to the beginning of the trip by fax, phone or email.
Liability Limitations The guest understands that during this type of adventure travel some risks and dangers may occur. The guest agrees to assume all risks associated with this type of adventure travel. The guests also understand that they are traveling in areas which may be remote, subject to varying climatic conditions or politically unstable. Rock N Row Thailand Co., Ltd. and its associated agents and contractors assume no responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property during any stage of a trip. This included acts of nature, delays, theft, government restrictions, or any other annoyance we may encounter but have no control over. We also reserve the right to make modifications or alterations to programs for the safety, comfort, and convenience of the group members as a whole. Trip members will be notified of such changes as soon as possible. Once you have made your reservations and sent your deposit, you are bound by the terms and conditions in this agreement.
Hotel pick up and transfer Guests must notify Rock N Row Thailand in advance by email or fax, the exact name, location / address and telephone number of their hotel. Rock N Row Thailand is not responsible for delays in hotel pickup if late or incomplete information is provided. Many hotels in Phuket have similar names; incomplete hotel designation can lead to delays in pickup and trip starting times.
